Soliant Health is seeking 2 experienced Sterile Compounding Pharmacy Technicians for a growing home infusion pharmacy in Orange, CA. This is a full-time opportunity for seasoned technicians with strong hands-on sterile compounding experience, including TPNs, antibiotics, and antifungals. The assignment is structured as a 13-week temp-to-perm opportunity, with potential for long-term employment and increased compensation upon permanent conversion.
Position Details
Location: Orange, CA
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Shift: 8-hour shifts between 5:00 AM–4:00 PM
Available Shifts: 5:00 AM–1:00 PM, 6:00 AM–2:00 PM, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM, or 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
Duration: 13 weeks, temp-to-perm
Pay: $25–$28/hr, based on experience
Setting: Home Infusion / Closed-Door Pharmacy
Responsibilities
Compound IV medications, TPNs, antibiotics, antifungals, and other sterile preparations
Perform compounding in weekly batches
Follow proper aseptic technique
Maintain strict compliance with USP <797> standards
Accurately prepare, label, and handle compounded medications
Maintain strong quality and safety standards in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
Ideally 3–5 years of recent, strong sterile compounding experience
Hands-on experience with TPNs, antibiotics, antifungals, and aseptic technique
Strong working knowledge of USP <797>
Active and unrestricted California Pharmacy Technician license
PTCB or national pharmacy technician certification
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, growing pharmacy
