RPh On The Go is actively seeking a Pharmacy Technician – Program Success Coordinator for a contract-to-hire opportunity in Indianapolis, Indiana. This is an excellent opportunity for a pharmacy professional with a strong background in customer service, specialty pharmacy, and client relationship management who is looking to move into a more corporate, operations-focused role.

This position serves as a key connection point between patients, employer groups, providers, account management teams, and pharmacy operations. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator who can manage relationships, resolve issues, and ensure a seamless patient care experience.

Position Highlights:
Environment: Closed Door Mail Order / Specialty Pharmacy
Schedule: Monday–Friday between 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire
Work Arrangement:
Begin fully onsite
Transition to hybrid schedule (3 days onsite / 2 days remote)
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as a primary point of contact between pharmacy operations, account management, employer groups, providers, and clients
Build and maintain strong client relationships while understanding overall business needs
Communicate updates and resolve issues that may impact patient care
Partner with pharmacy teams and internal departments to ensure timely and accurate patient support
Act as a liaison between assigned clients and pharmacy operations teams
Manage client inquiries and provide solutions in a timely manner
Maintain consistent communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency
Support program operations and identify opportunities to improve client experience
Utilize pharmacy systems and tools to assist with workflow management
Preferred Experience:
Specialty pharmacy experience strongly preferred
Experience with insurance adjudication and coupon assistance programs (maximizing patient savings/discount opportunities)
Pharmacy benefit, patient support, or account management experience
Experience working with healthcare clients, providers, or employer groups
Familiarity with pharmacy dispensing systems
Requirements:
Active Indiana Pharmacy Technician License
Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, program support, account management, or similar client-facing role
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to communicate confidently with clients, providers, and internal leadership
Highly organized with strong problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word
