Assignment Length: 3–6 Months with Potential for Permanent Hire
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM–5:00 PM | Every 3rd Weekend Rotation

A healthcare pharmacy team in Arkansas is seeking an experienced Clinical IV Pharmacist for an immediate contract-to-hire opportunity. This role is ideal for a pharmacist with strong IV experience who enjoys a clinical environment and is comfortable supporting various pharmacy operations as needed.

The ideal candidate will bring strong clinical knowledge, attention to detail, and the flexibility to assist with both verification and sterile compounding responsibilities.

Responsibilities:
Perform accurate IV order verification
Review patient profiles, medication orders, and clinical information
Utilize strong clinical judgment, including the ability to read and interpret lab results
Assist with IV medication preparation and sterile compounding in the clean room as needed
Provide additional clinical pharmacy support based on department needs
Collaborate with pharmacy staff and healthcare teams to ensure safe medication use

Requirements:
Active and clear Arkansas Pharmacist License
1+ year of current IV pharmacist experience
Strong clinical pharmacy skills and knowledge
Experience with sterile compounding preferred
Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
Flexible, dependable, and willing to assist wherever needed
