Open Positions:
We are seeking:

2 Outpatient Pharmacists
1 Inpatient/ER Pharmacist

Assignment Length:
13 weeks with potential to extend 26+ weeks

Schedule:
4 days per week
10-hour shifts
Variable shifts may include days, nights, swing shifts, and weekends

Setting:
Pharmacy clinic and hospital-based pharmacy environment
Indian health facility serving the local community

Systems:
ScriptPro with SP200 Robot
RPMS Electronic Health Record
Facility is transitioning to a new EHR system

What You’ll Do:
Support outpatient, inpatient, and/or ER pharmacy services depending on assignment
Verify and dispense medications accurately and safely
Work closely with providers, nursing staff, and pharmacy team members
Support pharmacy operations, inventory, purchasing, workflow, and quality initiatives
Participate in patient care, staff education, orientation, and process improvement
Help maintain compliance with professional, regulatory, and government standards
Provide compassionate, community-focused care

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy required
PharmD preferred
Active unrestricted pharmacist license required
Arizona license preferred for local but not required for travel pharmacists. Any US pharmacist's state license will do.
Hospital experience required
Outpatient experience needed for outpatient roles
Inpatient/ER experience required for inpatient/ER role
BLS required within 30 days of hire
ACLS required for inpatient/ER role
PALS required for inpatient/ER role; may be obtained on-site within the first month
5 years of professional pharmacy experience preferred
2 years of management experience preferred
Must be able to pass background check and drug screen
