A retail pharmacy within a critical access hospital is seeking a Pharmacy Manager/Staff Pharmacist to oversee daily operations and ensure quality patient care. This pharmacy processes approximately 140 prescriptions per day and operates under a 340B program, providing an excellent opportunity for candidates with retail pharmacy experience and some familiarity with 340B regulations.
Pharmacy hours are Monday through Thursday from 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM and Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. While on-call duty is possible, it is infrequent. The pharmacy team includes one pharmacist and two technicians, with no PRN pharmacist staff available. The pharmacy uses the Pioneer computer system.
