A 13-week contract opportunity is available for a Staff Pharmacist at a 100-bed community hospital in Southern Oregon. This role is based in the Klamath Falls area and requires the ability to travel and temporarily relocate.

Schedule/Hours:

  • Variable days and afternoon shifts to meet hospital needs
  • Responsibilities:

  • Dispense and review medications accurately for inpatient care
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Utilize technology systems including EPIC and Pyxis for medication management
  • Maintain compliance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements
  • Qualifications:

  • Valid Oregon pharmacist license
  • Minimum of 1 year inpatient pharmacy experience preferred
  • Strong clinical knowledge in medication therapy for hospitalized patients
  • Availability for full-time shifts throughout the assignment
  • Ability to adapt to variable schedules in a fast-paced environment
