Remote Data Entry Pharmacy Technician Florida Licensed
We are seeking an experienced Data Entry Pharmacy Technician for a fully remote, 13-week contract opportunity. This position is ideal for a highly productive technician with strong prescription processing experience who thrives in a fast-paced pharmacy environment.
The ideal candidate will have previous specialty pharmacy, mail order, or high-volume pharmacy experience and be comfortable processing a large volume of prescriptions daily while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities
Perform prescription intake and data entry functions
Accurately enter and process prescription information
Review prescriptions for completeness and accuracy
Maintain high-volume production standards while ensuring quality
Process prescription orders in accordance with pharmacy policies and procedures
Resolve data discrepancies and communicate with appropriate parties when necessary
Assist with specialty pharmacy workflow and prescription processing
Maintain compliance with HIPAA and pharmacy regulations
Support pharmacy operations to ensure timely prescription fulfillment
Required Qualifications
Active Florida Pharmacy Technician License
Previous pharmacy technician experience
Strong prescription data entry experience
Ability to process 300+ prescriptions per day accurately
Excellent typing and keyboarding skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace
Preferred Qualifications
Specialty pharmacy experience
Mail order pharmacy experience
High-volume prescription processing experience
Experience with insurance adjudication and prescription intake workflows
