Key Responsibilities: • Accurately enter prescription data into the system (Pioneer Rx) • Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare providers via phone • Fill and dispense medications per providers' prescriptions, verifying patient allergies before dispensing • Address patient inquiries, concerns, and complaints in line with company policies • Deliver excellent customer service to ensure patient satisfaction

Qualifications and Desired Experience: • Active and clear Pharmacy Technician license in Arizona • Minimum of 2 years recent retail pharmacy experience • Familiarity with pharmacy workflows and patient interaction • Attention to detail and accuracy • Ability to work collaboratively within a team consisting of 1 pharmacist and 3 technicians
