Pharmacy Technician - Indianapolis, IN
RPh on the Go is currently seeking Pharmacy Technicians for a mail order/specialty retail pharmacy in Indianapolis. This is a customer service and data entry-focused opportunity with the potential to become a permanent position.
Position Details:
Location: Indianapolis, IN
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Occasional evening or weekend coverage may be needed based on workload
Contract: Contract with potential for direct hire
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound calls and assist with pharmacy-related questions
Accurately enter prescriptions and customer orders
Verify insurance information
Assist with inventory control and order processing
Communicate with patients, clients, physicians, and pharmacists
Provide excellent customer service
Support customers with their pharmaceutical needs while maintaining accuracy and efficiency
Requirements:
Pharmacy Technician experience
Active Indiana Pharmacy Technician license
Strong customer service and communication skills
Strong computer and data entry skills
2+ years of customer service experience preferred
Healthcare management or customer service certifications are a plus
