This position offers an opportunity to lead comprehensive pharmacy operations and ensure adherence to regulatory standards across multiple states. Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee pharmacy operations and maintain regulatory compliance, ensuring adherence to DEA requirements, state board regulations, licensing, inspections, audits, and multi-state dispensing/shipping mandates.
  • Develop and enforce policies and procedures supporting multi-state pharmacy activities and regulatory standards.
  • Provide clinical and quality oversight for enteral nutrition therapy, drug utilization review (DUR), adverse event reporting, and quality assurance initiatives.
  • Collaborate effectively with clinical, intake, operations, reimbursement, HR, and compliance teams to streamline processes and ensure operational excellence.
  • Maintain compliance documentation and support credentialing, accreditation, and regulatory audits.
  • Qualifications:

  • PharmD or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from an ACPE-accredited program.
  • Active, unrestricted pharmacist license in New Jersey.
  • Ability and willingness to obtain pharmacist licensure in Tennessee, New York, and Massachusetts within six months.
