Overview
The PIC will lead regulatory compliance and operational workflows during licensing, startup, and active pharmacy operations. This includes the development of policies, DEA registration support, SOP implementation, and preparation for Board of Pharmacy inspections. The PIC must be on-site full-time once the pharmacy begins dispensing (target launch in October 2026), as required by the Pennsylvania Board of Pharmacy.
