Seeking an experienced Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) to oversee daily operations in a specialty retail pharmacy setting focused on dermatology. This contract-to-hire opportunity offers the chance to transition into a permanent leadership role based on performance and fit.
The ideal candidate will bring at least 1-2 years of Pharmacy Manager or PIC experience and thrive in managing a small, dedicated team of two pharmacy technicians. While dermatology knowledge is advantageous, it is not mandatory. Experience with nonsterile compounding of creams and gels will be considered a strong plus. Familiarity with the New Leaf pharmacy system is helpful but not required, as training will be provided.
