Pharmacist Evening Shift- Nashville, TN
Location: Near Antioch Tennessee
Assignment Length: 13 Weeks (Potential Extension)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 1:30 PM – 10:00 PM
We are seeking a Tennessee-licensed Pharmacist to join a high-volume Long-Term Care (LTC) pharmacy for an evening shift assignment. This is an excellent opportunity for pharmacists who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are looking for a contract position with the possibility of extension.
Position Overview
This busy pharmacy processes approximately 1,000 prescriptions per day and is looking for a detail-oriented pharmacist to support operations within the fulfillment area.
Responsibilities
Verify and oversee prescription fulfillment activities
Ensure accuracy, compliance, and quality standards are maintained
Collaborate with pharmacy staff to support efficient workflow
Maintain compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations
Assist with operational needs in a high-volume LTC pharmacy environment
Requirements
Active and unrestricted Tennessee Pharmacist License
Long-Term Care and/or Specialty Pharmacy experience preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Must be available to complete daytime training during the first week
Schedule
Monday through Friday
1:30 PM – 10:00 PM
