Per Diem Retail Pharmacist Retail Pharmacy | Phoenix, AZ

We are looking for an experienced Retail Pharmacist to join a per diem team supporting local pharmacy operations. This is a great opportunity for a pharmacist who currently works part-time and wants additional flexibility while helping cover call-outs, vacations, and periods of increased pharmacy volume.

Position Highlights:
Setting: Retail Pharmacy
Position: Per Diem Pharmacist
Schedule: Monday–Saturday, typically 10:00 AM–7:00 PM, with some locations operating until 8:00 PM
Hours: Per diem/as-needed; hours are not guaranteed
Ideal for pharmacists currently working 2–4 days per week who have availability to pick up additional shifts
QS1 pharmacy system
One 8-hour training shift provided before covering independently, with additional training available as needed

Requirements:
Active pharmacist license in the state of employment
1–2+ years of retail pharmacy experience
Strong retail pharmacy background and ability to work independently
Active immunization privileges
Current BLS certification
Comfortable working in both technician-supported and pharmacist-only environments
Ability to step in for call-outs, vacations, and unexpected increases in prescription volume
Willingness to complete required training prior to providing coverage
