This Per Diem clinical pharmacist opportunity in Mustang, OK, offers a role supporting a hospital pharmacy team that manages a high patient acuity census of approximately 40 inpatients. The position provides consistent PRN coverage 3-4 times per week, including weekday shifts from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM and weekend shifts from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM. Flexible scheduling with on-call availability is preferred to provide 24/7 support when possible.
Responsibilities include general inpatient pharmacy staffing duties such as order verification, pharmacist oversight and support for pharmacy technicians, collaboration with physicians and nursing staff, and delivering clinical support as needed. The team currently includes 2 pharmacists and 2 pharmacy technicians, working within WellSky systems and utilizing Pyxis automation.
