Responsibilities
Experienced outpatient hospital pharmacist responsible for dispensing medications, reviewing prescriptions for accuracy, counseling patients, and ensuring safe and effective medication therapy.
Collaborates with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to support continuity of care and provide high-quality pharmaceutical services to patients.
Work Hours
8am – 6:30pm Mon - Thurs; 8am - 5pm Fri.
Experience
Retail experience; some 340b experience (ideally, not required)
