Location: Chicago, IL
Setting: Hospital Pharmacy
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 13-week contract, with potential for extension
Schedule: 7-on/7-off rotation, 9:00 PM–7:30 AM
Shift: Overnight

Active Illinois Pharmacist license required
Hospital pharmacy experience preferred
Availability to work overnight shifts on a 7-on/7-off rotation
Familiarity with EPIC and Pyxis preferred
Strong medication order verification and clinical assessment skills
Knowledge of pharmacokinetics and medication monitoring
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
