RPh on the Go is currently seeking a Multi-Licensed Staff Pharmacist for a specialty pharmacy in Nashville, TN. This is an excellent opportunity for a clinically focused pharmacist who enjoys building relationships with patients and managing complex therapies in a collaborative specialty pharmacy environment.

The pharmacy operates in a very low-volume setting, allowing the pharmacist to focus on quality patient care, clinical decision-making, and comprehensive medication management rather than high prescription volume.

Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care to patients with hemophilia, immune deficiencies, autoimmune disorders, and other chronic conditions requiring infused medications.
Manage complex therapies, including factor replacement products, emicizumab, and other specialty/novel agents.
Support patients receiving a variety of IV and subcutaneous infusion therapies.
Educate patients and their families regarding medication administration, adherence, potential side effects, safe medication handling, and home infusion therapy.
Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and in-house care coordinators to ensure continuity and quality of care.
Work with reimbursement specialists to assist with insurance benefits, prior authorizations, and financial assistance programs.
Monitor therapy effectiveness, safety, and patient adherence.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with pharmacy and regulatory requirements.
Participate in ongoing efforts to improve patient outcomes and the overall quality of specialty pharmacy services.

Requirements
Active Tennessee Pharmacist (RPh) license required.
Arkansas Pharmacist license required or willingness to obtain within the first 90 days.
Must be willing to obtain additional state pharmacist licenses as needed.
Specialty pharmacy, home infusion, or complex medication management experience is highly preferred.
Experience with CareTend is a HUGE PLUS, although training is available.
Strong clinical knowledge and excellent patient communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with patients, providers, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety.
