A dynamic role is available for a Pharmacy Technician specializing as a Program Success Coordinator within a closed-door mail order pharmacy environment. This contract-to-hire position begins with full-time onsite work and transitions into a hybrid model offering three days onsite and two days remote, with flexible day shifts between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM.

Responsibilities include building and nurturing client relationships with a keen understanding of diverse business needs, maintaining seamless communication between pharmacy teams and account management, and ensuring patient care is not compromised. The role requires acting as a liaison to promptly resolve client issues and manage daily inquiries. Collaborating closely with the Pharmacy Team and clients ensures fast, efficient patient service.
