We're seeking a Clinical Pharmacist with recent sterile compounding and IV experience to support a growing home infusion team in Milwaukee.
Requirements:
Active Wisconsin Pharmacist license
2+ years of recent sterile compounding experience
Recent IV experience required
Home infusion experience preferred
CPR certification preferred
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts between 7:30 AM–6:00 PM
On-call every 4th weekend and one night per week
Responsibilities:
Verify IV medication orders
Prepare sterile IV medications in the clean room
Support clinical pharmacy operations for home infusion patients
