Location: Aurora, CO
Pharmacy Hours: Monday-Friday 8AM-6PM, Saturday 8AM-1:30PM
Start: ASAP
Contract: 13-weeks+ contract-to-hire
Are you a pharmacy technician who knows your stuff and brings a great attitude to work? We want to hear from you!
What you’ll do:
• Enter prescription and patient demographic information into the pharmacy system
• Fill, label, package, and prepare prescriptions under the supervision of a pharmacist.
• Process insurance claims, including Medicaid, Medicare and commercial insurance, and 340B-eligible prescriptions.
• Process payments and follow cash-handling procedures.
• Order medications, receive shipments, rotate stock, and maintain pharmacy inventory
What we’re looking for:
• Active CO Pharmacy Technician License
• PTCB or NHA
• 2-3 years of experience highly preferred
• Experience with Epic preferred, if not, training available (2-3 days)
• Good attitude + strong work ethic
