Travel Staff Pharmacist Inpatient/ER 13+ Week Contract Peridot, AZ

RPh on the Go is actively hiring a Staff Pharmacist for a travel or local assignment in Peridot, Arizona. This is a 13+ week opportunity for pharmacists with inpatient and/or ER experience, offering a mix of day, night, and weekend shifts. Multiple positions available for both outpatient and inpatient settings.

Position details:
• Location: Peridot, Arizona (ads targeted 3–5 hours outside the area)
• Setting: Pharmacy clinic/hospital environment
• Schedule: Four 10-hour shifts per week, with variable shift times including days, nights, swing shifts, and weekends
• Duration: 13+ weeks, travel or local assignment

Open Roles:
• Two (2) Outpatient Pharmacist positions
• One (1) Inpatient/ER Pharmacist position – ACLS & PALS required (PALS can be obtained onsite within the first month)

System Experience Preferred:
• ScriptPro with SP200 Robot
• RPMS Electronic Health Record (transitioning to a new EHR system)

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and supervise daily pharmacy operations to ensure top-tier service delivery
• Develop and evaluate departmental policies and procedures
• Implement operational and financial outcome measures
• Facilitate process improvements and staff development
• Oversee purchasing and inventory management
• Maintain compliance with professional, regulatory, and safety standards
• Participate in training, quality assurance, and continuing education programs

Minimum Qualifications:
• Five (5) years of professional pharmacy experience, with at least two (2) years in a management role
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy required; PharmD and 1-year residency preferred
• Current and valid state Pharmacist license
• BLS certification (within 30 days of hire)
• Must pass background check and drug screening
