Position Title: Retail Staff Pharmacist
Location: Hebron, NE
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Duration: 13 Weeks
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM with Saturday Rotation (8:30 AM – 1:00 PM)

We’re looking for two skilled and compassionate Retail Staff Pharmacists to join our healthcare team in Hebron, NE. In this role, you’ll directly contribute to the wellbeing of patients, ensuring they receive the highest level of care and attention.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Medication Dispensing & Oversight: Ensure the accurate and safe dispensing of medications, managing the medication process and overseeing non-pharmacist staff.
  • Patient Education & Counseling: Offer expert advice to patients on proper medication use and collaborate with the healthcare team to improve patient care.
  • Collaborative Care: Work closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare providers to manage drug therapies and improve treatment outcomes.
  • Quality Control & Medication Management: Monitor inventory, ensure regulatory compliance, and assess medication safety and effectiveness.
  • Training & Mentorship: Mentor pharmacy students and help develop educational resources for pharmacy and medical staff.

    What We’re Looking For:

  • Licensure: Active Nebraska State Pharmacy License.
  • Experience: Preferred 3+ years in retail pharmacy, with a PharmD strongly preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
  • Education: Graduate of an ACPE-accredited pharmacy school.
