    Job Title: Travel Pharmacist
    Location: Klamath Falls, OR
    Facility: 100-bed Community Hospital
    Start Date: Within the next few weeks
    Duration: 13 weeks


    Schedule:

  • 4 shifts per week (10-hour shifts)
  • Variable days and afternoons

    Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide inpatient pharmacy services, including medication dispensing, clinical support, and patient care.
  • Utilize EPIC and Pyxis for medication management and tracking.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient medication therapies.

    Ideal Candidate:

  • Oregon Pharmacy License (active and in good standing)
  • 1+ years of inpatient pharmacy experience
  • Full-time availability for the 13-week duration
