Travel Pharmacist, Inpatient Services - 1-Month Coverage - Havre, MT

Are you an experienced pharmacist ready for a new challenge? We re looking for a dedicated Travel Pharmacist to join our dynamic team in Havre, MT. In this role, you ll be at the heart of our hospital pharmacy, providing top-notch, cost-effective pharmaceutical care to our patients, physicians, and healthcare professionals.

• Providing expert pharmaceutical care and related services to patients and healthcare teams.
• Participating in the ongoing assessment, planning, and treatment of patients.
• Supporting patients, their families, and medical staff.
• Maintaining accurate and thorough documentation of all services provided.
• Taking rotating call shifts as required.

Requirements:

• Current Montana Pharmacist License.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a hospital pharmacy setting.
• Proficiency with the Meditech Expanse EHR system.
