Travel Clinical Pharmacist (Inpatient) - 13 Week Engagement

Soliant Health is seeking a Travel Pharmacist for a temporary/contract opportunity for a hospital in Arizona. This is full-time position with a flexible 7on/7off schedule. Role: Clinical Staff Pharmacist (Inpatient) - Temp
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 13 Weeks
Schedule: 7 on, 7 off; 10-hour days, Thursday - Wednesday, evening shifts as needed
Duties/Responsibilities:

• Deliver pharmaceutical care in a decentralized setting.
• Attend codes and provide critical support as needed.
• Perform IV preparation and compounding if qualified.
• Use EMR systems including EPIC, Lexicomp, and Baxter IQ.
• Operate medication dispensing systems such as Omnicell, Central Pharmacy Robot, Carousel, Omnicell XT cabinets, and Omnicell Controlled Substance cabinets.

Requirements:

• AZ Pharmacist License required.
• Minimum of 2 years of hospital pharmacy experience in a similar size facility (250 census).
• Experience with Vanco AUC dosing is essential.
• Familiarity with EPIC, Lexicomp, and Baxter IQ preferred.

Additional Information:

• A clinical manager will be present 5 days a week.
• This role involves direct patient care and medication management in a decentralized pharmacy setting.
