    Staff Pharmacist – Inpatient & Ambulatory Care

    Position Highlights:

  • Work in both central pharmacy and ambulatory care capacities

  • Participate in clinical decision-making and collaborative practice agreements

  • Exposure to a wide variety of responsibilities including sterile compounding, high-risk drug preparation, and chemotherapy

  • Perform drug therapy monitoring, pharmacist consults, and medication reconciliation

  • Join a progressive pharmacy team focused on quality patient care

    Schedule:

  • Variable shifts, primarily 8-hour day shifts with some afternoon rotation

    Technology:

  • Meditech

    Requirements:

  • BS in Pharmacy or PharmD

  • PGY1 residency or minimum 3 years of current clinical experience

  • Active Pennsylvania pharmacist license or eligibility to obtain
