Inpatient Staff Pharmacist & Retail Coverage Job

Location: Winamac, IN

Average Daily Census: Inpatient: 5, Retail: 100 RX/day

Position: Inpatient Staff Pharmacist with Retail Coverage (1 day/week)

Skills Preferred:
- Inpatient experience

Requirements:
- Indiana Pharmacist license

Dates of Coverage Needed: September 3rd until a permanent candidate is hired

Coverage Hours:
-Weekly: 30 hours/week including every other weekend plus on-call after each shift
- Monday to Friday:
- Inpatient: 7:00 AM 5:00 PM
- Outpatient: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM
- Weekend Hours:
- Inpatient: 8:00 AM 12:00 PM
- Outpatient: 9:00 AM 2:00 PM

Site Details:
-Order Entry System: CPSI (training available)
- Automation: Omnicell (training available)
-Specialty Areas: Oncology
-Staff Size:
- Inpatient: 1 FTE director, 1 FTE staff pharmacist, 2 FTE techs

Job Responsibilities
- Order entry
- Pharmacy to dose antibiotics

Tech Support*
- Work weekdays
- Restock ADCs
- USP 797 and 800 compounding
- Order entry and filling

Training:
- 1 week of shadowing/training with another pharmacist starting September 3rd

Preferences:
- Local candidate preferred, but travel expenses can be reviewed

Dress Code: Business casual or any color scrub is allowed except camouflage
