RPh on the Go Pharmacy - Staff Pharmacist Contract To Hire 09/03 Apply

We are seeking a licensed New Mexico Pharmacist for a 12-week contract to hire opportunity in a mail order LTC pharmacy in Albuquerque.

Schedule: 3^rd shift (8:00 PM 7:00 AM) 7 on 7 off.

Responsibilities:

Oversee medication dispensing and ensure accuracy in fulfillment of prescriptions for long-term care facility residents.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize medication therapy regimens and ensure patient safety and satisfaction.
Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and company policies while providing exceptional pharmaceutical care to long-term care facility residents.

Requirements:

Pharmacy experience.
LTC pharmacy experience is a plus.
Clear & active Pharmacist license in the state of New Mexico.
