Retail/LTC Pharmacist Portsmouth, OH (June Assignment)

We are seeking a dependable and experienced Pharmacist for a short-term retail and long-term care assignment in Portsmouth, Ohio. This full-time contract role runs through the month of June, offering a consistent Monday to Friday schedule in a supportive pharmacy setting.
Assignment Schedule:
Start Date: June 2, 2025
End Date: June 27, 2025
Full-time hours: 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM most weekdays, with shorter shifts on Fridays
Total: 176 hours over the month
Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional service to customers and clinical staff
Fill and prepare prescription orders for pharmacist verification
Order, receive, and manage pharmacy inventory
Handle medication shipments and wholesaler orders
Requirements:
Active Ohio Pharmacist License
Previous experience in a retail or long-term care pharmacy setting
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Ability to work the full duration of the contract
