Job Title: Pharmacy Technician

Term of Assignment: Start ASAP
Shifts: 1st Shift, Full-Time M-F
Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Description of Need:
Our client is urgently seeking a dedicated Pharmacy Technician to join their team. With several technicians currently unavailable, we need someone who can step in immediately to help manage the workload and ensure smooth pharmacy operations.

Job Duties:

• Enter patient information and prescription orders into the computer system.
• Assist in the dispensing of prescription orders under the supervision of a pharmacist.
• Manage and order OTC (over-the-counter) inventory to maintain adequate pharmacy supply stock.
• Interact with third-party prescription plans to resolve adjudication issues and facilitate the processing of prescriptions.

Requirements:

• Clear and active Pharmacy Technician license in Michigan.
• Minimum of 1+ year of retail pharmacy experience.
