Retail Pharmacy Technician (13-Weeks) - Detroit, MI

RPh on the Go is seeking a Pharmacy Technician for a 13-week assignment in Detroit, Michigan with the opportunity for temp-to-perm placement. The client is urgently looking to fill this position due to a shortage of technicians, so we're looking for someone who can start ASAP.

• Shift: 1st shift, Full-time
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter patient information and prescription orders into the computer
• Assist in the dispensing of prescription orders under the supervision of a pharmacist
• Manage and order OTC inventory to ensure adequate pharmacy supply stock
• Interact with third-party prescription plans to resolve adjudication issues and facilitate prescription processing

Requirements:

• Clear and active Michigan Pharmacy Technician license
• At least 1+ year of retail pharmacy experience
