PRN Pharmacist – Quad Cities, Iowa (LTAC Setting)
Location: Quad Cities, IA
Schedule: PRN (As Needed)
Setting: Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) Hospital
Soliant Health is seeking a dedicated and experienced PRN Pharmacist to join a Long-Term Acute Care facility in the Quad Cities area of Iowa. This role is ideal for pharmacists with strong inpatient or LTAC experience who are passionate about delivering high-quality care to medically complex patients.
Key Responsibilities:
Dispense and verify medications in accordance with hospital protocols and physician orders
Collaborate with the care team to ensure safe, effective pharmacotherapy for long-term acute patients
Review medication regimens, adjust doses, and monitor for therapeutic outcomes
Support transitions of care and ensure compliance with regulatory and clinical standards
Preferred Candidate:
Active Iowa Pharmacist License (Required)
Minimum of 2 years of inpatient hospital or LTAC experience (Preferred)
Strong clinical knowledge, communication, and patient-care skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment
