PRN Pharmacist Needed Start ASAP

Soliant Health has a Per Diem (PRN) Pharmacist need for a pharmacy near Elkton, MD with an immediate start date. Must hold an active MD license and have prior retail experience to be considered. For more info, contact Soo at 832-617-5421.

Position: Staff Pharmacist
Duration: Per diem, with potential needs for 2-4 weeks (duration subject to update)
Software: Rx30
Duties:

• Dispense Medications: Accurately fill and dispense prescriptions, ensuring correct dosages and instructions.
• Patient Consultation: Provide clear medication counseling to patients, answering any questions and addressing concerns.
• Medication Management: Oversee prescription refills, monitor for potential drug interactions, and manage medication therapy.
• Inventory Management: Assist with inventory control, including ordering, stocking, and ensuring medication availability.
• Regulatory Compliance: Adhere to all federal and state regulations, maintain patient confidentiality, and ensure accurate recordkeeping.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with pharmacy technicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care.

Requirements: Must hold a valid MD license and have retail experience.
