Lead Sterile Compounding Pharmacist – Plant City, FL

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Full-Time)
Position Overview:
An exciting opportunity is available for a skilled Sterile Compounding Pharmacist to lead operations at a brand-new 503b facility in Plant City, Florida. This facility is part of a trusted and growing closed-door specialty pharmacy network, with its main hub in West Palm Beach. The new Plant City location will focus on a variety of compounded medications, including hormone replacement therapies, weight-loss treatments, anti-aging solutions, and other custom formulas.
We’re seeking a candidate with strong sterile compounding experience who is ready to take on a leadership role. You will help shape the future of the new facility and ensure the highest standards of quality and compliance in sterile compounding.
