Pharmacy Technician Clinical Service Liaison (CSL) - 13-Week Temp to Perm in Illinois

RPh on the Go is actively hiring a Pharmacy Technician Clinical Service Liaison (CSL) in Illinois. This is a 13-week Temporary to Permanent onsite role. The Pharmacy Technician will assist with various activities of the IM2 Program at Insight, providing support in a specialty outpatient pharmacy setting. Travel will be limited to about one trip every 1-2 months within an hour radius to the client site.

Position details:
• Location: Illinois
• Setting: 13-week Temporary to Permanent Pharmacy Technician - Outpatient Specialty Pharmacy
• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm

Key Responsibilities:
• Assists with various activities of the IM2 Program at Insight
• Provide pharmacy services at a PSR level, ensuring high-quality care and effective operations
• Handle prior authorization processes (retail experience is acceptable)
• Interact with clients and the public, handling any de-escalation needs in a positive, professional manner
• Limited travel to the client site, approximately once every 1-2 months, within an hour radius

Requirements:
• Pharmacy technician experience required
• Prior authorization experience (retail pharmacy experience is acceptable)
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to de-escalate situations effectively
• Reliable transportation for occasional travel
• Active Illinois Pharmacy Technician license

Working Conditions:
• Outpatient Specialty Pharmacy environment
• Minimal travel required
