Pharmacy - Staff Pharmacist - Southgate, Kentucky

RPh on the Go is actively hiring a Pharmacist in Southgate, Kentucky. This is a 13-week Temporary to Permanent onsite role Pharmacist. The pharmacist will be responsible for providing pharmaceutical care to patients, including processing and accurately dispensing prescription orders.

Position details:
• Location: Southgate, Kentucky
• Setting: 13-week Temporary to Permanent Pharmacist
• Schedule: 1st, Monday-Friday with 1 weekend a month, 7am-3pm, 8am-4pm, or 9am-5pm. Pharmacists here typically scheduled to work the closing shift (11am-7pm) only once per week.
Key Responsibilities:
• Interact with physicians and utilize reference material to gain information on customers and prescriptions and to resolve any issues that arise
• Provide pharmaceutical care to patients, including processing and accurately dispensing prescriptions orders, counseling patients regarding health care and prescription medication needs, maintaining confidential information, maintaining controlled medication and required documentation.

Requirements:
• Clear and active Pharmacist license in the state of Kentucky
• 1+ year pharmacy experience, retail or mail order preferred
