Pharmacy Director Northern Indiana
Mishawaka, IN
We’re seeking a licensed and experienced Pharmacist in Charge to take on a Director of Pharmacy role at a hospital in Northern Indiana. This position is a contract leadership opportunity with full-time weekday hours and on-call responsibilities—no weekend shifts required.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily pharmacy operations and sterile compounding
Manage pharmacy staffing, scheduling, and inventory
Approve invoices and complete end-of-month reporting
Participate in stewardship initiatives and P&T committee meetings
Support an on-site oncology infusion clinic and surgical services
Qualifications:
Active Indiana Pharmacist License
Management and leadership experience
Must be confident handling clinical and operational duties
Oncology and inpatient experience
Familiarity with Paragon and Pyxis preferred
