A compounding pharmacy in St. Louis, MO is seeking a pharmacist with experience in sterile compounding to verify sterile prescriptions. This is a full-time contract opportunity starting at 6+ weeks, with the potential to become a permanent role.
Schedule/Shift:
Full Time | Monday – Friday | 8:30am – 5:00pm
Duties:
Verify sterile prescription orders for accuracy, safety, and regulatory compliance
Ensure all compounded preparations meet required quality and sterility standards
Collaborate with compounding technicians and ensure aseptic practices are followed
Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to internal SOPs and applicable laws
Work efficiently in a high-volume compounding environment
Requirements:
MO State Pharmacist License in good standing (no negative history)
Minimum 2 years of recent sterile compounding experience
Minimum 2 years of experience verifying sterile prescriptions
Experience in a compounding pharmacy or compounding environment required
Program System:
Familiarity with sterile compounding procedures and related verification protocols
