Travel Inpatient Pharmacist – 13-Week Contract | Mishawaka, IN
Soliant is seeking a dedicated Travel Pharmacist to join the inpatient pharmacy team at a respected 250-bed community hospital in Mishawaka, Indiana. This is a fantastic opportunity for a pharmacist with hospital experience to contribute to a collaborative healthcare environment on a 13-week assignment, with the potential to extend.
Position Overview:
Location: Mishawaka, IN
Assignment Length: 13 weeks (extension possible)
Schedule:
Primary: 2nd Shift | 4:00 PM – 2:30 AM
Alternative: 7 on / 7 off schedule available upon request
Setting: Inpatient Hospital
Key Responsibilities:
Perform medication order verification
Support daily inpatient pharmacy operations
Provide clinical input and support to medical staff
Ensure accurate and safe medication dispensing
Requirements:
Active Indiana Pharmacist License (required)
Recent inpatient/hospital pharmacy experience strongly preferred
