Assignment Specifics:

Full-time

13+ weeks temp to perm

Shift: M-F 10:00am – 6:30pm Job Duties:

Oversee IV department workflow, ensuring timely and accurate preparation of IV medications.

Direct involvement in preparation, mixing, labeling, and packaging of IV medications (TPN, antibiotics, and other sterile compounds).

Supervise and train IV Pharmacy Technicians, providing performance evaluations and feedback.

Oversee the cleaning and maintenance of IV cleanrooms and sterile compounding areas.

Maintain sterile compounding records using Simplifi797 or similar software
Requirements:

Active Pharmacist license in the state of Michigan

At least 2+ years’ experience in a pharmacy leadership role required

Strong experience working with IVs and TPNs
