**Qualifications:**  
- Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree from an accredited institution.  
- Current pharmacist licensure in good standing in the state of Texas and eligibility for licensure in multiple states.  
- 3-5 years of experience in sterile compounding, ideally in a leadership capacity.  
- Proficiency in USP <797> and <800> standards for sterile compounding.  
- Impeccable attention to detail and adherence to aseptic technique.  
- Stellar communication and interpersonal skills, crucial for collaboration in a fast-paced environment.  
- Previous experience with regulatory inspections and audits is advantageous.  

**Additional Perks:**  
- While infusion experience is preferred, it's not mandatory.  
- Clinical pharmacy experience in LTC, hospital, or specialty settings is required.  
- Leadership/management experience is essential for this role.
