Position: Pharmacist (Evenings) 13-Week Temp to Perm Contract
Location: Fairfield, OH
Shift: 2nd Shift (4:00pm - 12:00am)

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership & Oversight: Supervise pharmacy technicians and data entry clerks, ensuring accurate workflow, secure pharmacy operations, and adherence to delivery schedules.
• Order Management: Oversee the ordering and prepacking processes handled by pharmacy technicians.
• Medication Screening: Review all new medication orders for appropriate dosing, potential drug interactions, allergies, and contraindications before dispensing.
• Controlled Substances: Assist in the management and documentation of controlled substances, including maintaining a perpetual inventory for Schedule II drugs.

Qualifications:

• Licensing: Clear and active pharmacist license in the state of Ohio.
• Experience: Previous experience in high-volume or compounding pharmacy is a plus.
