The role requires working from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, with the pharmacy remaining open throughout the day without a lunch closure. Coverage is specifically needed on August 10-14, September 14-18, and November 25.
Responsibilities include managing a high volume of prescriptions, ensuring accurate data entry and verification for over 200 prescriptions daily. Duties also involve answering phones, product verification, and overseeing the receipt and signing of controlled and narcotic medication deliveries. The pharmacy utilizes PioneerRx software to support workflow and record-keeping. The pharmacist will work alongside three full-time pharmacy technicians.
