Soliant Health is seeking a dedicated and experienced Per Diem Pharmacist to join our team in La Crosse, WI. Key Responsibilities:

• Medication Distribution: Accurately dispense medications prescribed by physicians and other healthcare providers.
• Patient Education: Provide comprehensive information to patients about their medications, including proper use, potential side effects, and storage guidelines.
• Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring that each patient receives the best care and advice possible.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes through effective medication management.

Ideal Candidate:

• Educational Background: Bachelor s degree in Pharmacy or PharmD.
• Licensure: Must have an active Wisconsin pharmacist license.
• Experience: Previous experience in a retail or long-term care pharmacy setting is preferred.
• Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a busy environment.
