Position: Per Diem Pharmacist
Location: Several Locations across Wisconsin
Setting: Retail/Long-Term Care
Duration: On-going Per Diem

Key Responsibilities:

• Precisely dispense medications as prescribed by healthcare providers.
• Provide in-depth information and counseling to patients about their medications and proper usage.
• Ensure adherence to state and federal pharmacy regulations.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and patient care.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.

Ideal Candidate:

• Bachelor s degree in Pharmacy or PharmD.
• Active WI Pharmacist License.
• Preferable experience in retail and/or long-term care pharmacy settings.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
