An ongoing per diem opportunity is available for a Pharmacist-in-Charge to support a medical supply company’s operations. This role involves oversight to enable shipment of medical products to Montana, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements without the need for a Montana state license.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC) under the home state license.
  • Ensure appropriate documentation, accurate recordkeeping, and correct labeling of shipped products.
  • Verify and identify Montana patients receiving legend products, including shipment details.
  • Maintain compliance with Board of Pharmacy regulations for mail order pharmacies.
  • Collaborate with the company as per business arrangements, supporting regulatory standards.
  • Qualifications:

  • Hold an active and clear pharmacist license from any U.S. state.
  • Strong knowledge of pharmacy regulations and recordkeeping standards.
  • Ability to manage documentation and compliance tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Prior experience serving as a PIC or in a regulatory compliance role is preferred.

  • Position is based in Toms River, NJ, with work conducted to fulfill Montana shipment requirements.
  • Schedule/Hours:

  • Approximately 1 hour per week, flexible to accommodate other commitments.
