Part-Time Pharmacy Technician - Cincinnati, OH

RPh on the Go is seeking a Part-Time Pharmacy Technician for an 8-week assignment in Cincinnati, OH. This position has the potential to turn into a temp-to-perm role if the candidate is a great fit. The client is looking for someone who can start as soon as possible.

• Shift: 1st shift
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM (20 hours/week)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the pharmacist with serving patients and maintaining the pharmacy department
• Greet customers and answer questions
• Receive prescriptions and verify their validity
• Process prescriptions electronically and ensure all information is complete and accurate
• Resolve issues like rejected insurance claims
• Select appropriate medications and measure dosages to fill prescriptions
• Sort, stock, label medication, and monitor inventory

Requirements:

• Active Ohio Pharmacy Technician license
• Retail or similar pharmacy experience preferred
