A retail pharmacy in Pineville, NC is seeking a part-time pharmacist to assist with evening and Saturday coverage. This role is ideal for pharmacists available for consistent afternoon shifts and weekend work.
Position OverviewStart Date: ASAP
Schedule: Monday–Friday (2:00 PM – 7:00 PM or 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM); Every Saturday required
Position Type: Part-Time
Key Responsibilities
Process prescriptions accurately and efficiently in accordance with state and federal regulations
Provide clear counseling to patients regarding their medications
Collaborate with on-site pharmacy technicians to maintain smooth workflow
Ensure accurate documentation of all pharmaceutical transactions
Maintain compliance with internal protocols and pharmacy laws
Qualifications
Must hold an active NC pharmacist license in good standing
Prior retail or outpatient pharmacy experience preferred
Comfortable working evening shifts and Saturdays consistently
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to adapt to new workflows with training from on-site manager
