Shift: 6:30p-7a ; 4x10-hour shifts
EMR: EPIC REQUIRED
Inpatient hospital experience, specifically IV dose preparation, and EPIC experience
Position Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or Ph.D in Pharmacy required
2. RPH certification from the state of Texas required
3. 2+ years hospital staff pharmacist experience preferred
4. 40 hours of training in compounding sterile products accredited by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education or the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists required
Must have TX license and ACPE IV Certification
